Refund policy

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Please email wendy@wendybelldesigns.com with a photo and description of the issue and we will arrange either a refund or a replacement.

Returns

  • We offer a 30 day returns policy.
  • Unfortunately gift wrap, greeting cards and unframed paper prints are not eligible for refunds. 
  • All returns must be in their original packaging.
  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and insurance.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.
  • If you received a free gift with purchase, and the item you are returning was the only purchase, you will also need to return the free item or it's retail value will be discounted from your refund amount. 
  • To arrange the return of goods, you must notify wendy@wendybelldesigns.com via email with an explanation and any supporting photos. Once accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
