Returns

If you wish to return an eligible item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us of your decision to return an item, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To request a return, please email wendy@wendybelldesigns.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return address and any relevant return information.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the safe return of your order to Wendy Bell Designs.

Items must be securely packaged, preferably using their original packaging, and returned using an appropriately insured and tracked delivery service. Returned items remain your responsibility while in transit.

Please be aware that larger artworks may require an oversized or specialist courier service and can be considerably more expensive to return than a standard parcel.

Where a returned item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced as a result, a deduction may be made from your refund where permitted by law.

If you received a complimentary gift with your purchase and the returned item was the only purchase qualifying for that gift, the complimentary gift must also be returned. If it is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact wendy@wendybelldesigns.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photographs of the item and its packaging so that we can investigate the issue with our delivery partner.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights and cover reasonable return costs where we are legally responsible for them.

The request to report transit damage within 48 hours does not affect your statutory rights.

Bespoke & Personalised Artwork

Artwork created to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
