Part of the Transition series, this original artwork explores the energy that comes with moving forward and trusting where the journey may lead. Created during a period of personal and creative growth, it reflects a growing sense of confidence, optimism and readiness for change.
Working with alcohol inks and fluid acrylic on canvas, I was drawn to the freedom that comes from creating on a more intimate scale. Layers of blue and aqua flow across the surface, punctuated by vibrant chartreuse details and expressive mark-making. The composition balances spontaneity with intention, capturing that moment when reflection begins to turn into action and possibilities start to feel within reach.
