Transition III
An original blue and gold abstract painting inspired by transformation, self-belief and the confidence that comes from embracing who you are becoming.
Part of the Transition series, this original artwork reflects the sense of empowerment that emerges after a period of growth, reflection and change. It captures that moment when uncertainty begins to fade and a stronger, more authentic version of yourself starts to take shape.
Created with alcohol inks on canvas, layers of deep blue, soft aqua and luminous gold tones flow across the surface, creating a composition that feels both grounded and uplifting. Working on a smaller scale encouraged a more intuitive approach, allowing colour, texture and movement to evolve naturally. The addition of rich metallic tones brings a sense of warmth, elegance and quiet confidence to the piece.
This original artwork is a celebration of transformation and a reminder that every step forward, no matter how small, contributes to the person we are becoming.
